Welcome to Sketchamus ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our application, website, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Sketchamus provides tools that allow users to transform sketches into AI-generated artwork ("Magic Art"). You agree to use these features responsibly and lawfully. You must not use the Services to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, highly offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

You retain ownership of the original sketches you upload to Sketchamus ("Your Content"). By using our Services to generate Magic Art, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content and the resulting generated images solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Services to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the AI-generated artwork resulting from your sketches for personal or commercial purposes. However, due to the nature of AI generation, we cannot guarantee that the exact same image will not be generated for another user.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including the images you upload and generate. By using Sketchamus, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

When sharing your artwork on the Sketchamus public gallery (the "Explore" page), you agree to abide by our community standards. We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms, and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these guidelines.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE AI GENERATOR WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SKETCHAMUS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
