Account Data: We collect your email address and a unique user ID when you create an account via AWS Amplify.

User Content: We store the sketches you draw and the AI-generated images created through our service. If you choose to share these to the public "Explore" feed, they become visible to other users.

Purchase Data: When you subscribe to Sketchamus Premium, we process transaction data through Apple and RevenueCat. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Usage Data: We may collect basic diagnostics and product interaction data to improve the app's performance and stability.

We use your data strictly for app functionality, including: • Managing your account and subscription status. • Powering the AI image generation process. • Operating the public "Explore" and "Art Box" galleries. • Providing customer support.

To provide our services, we share necessary data with trusted partners: • AWS / Amplify: For secure authentication and data storage. • Google Gemini: For processing AI image generations (your sketches are sent to Google's secure API to generate art). • RevenueCat: For managing and verifying premium subscriptions.

Sketchamus is designed for users of all ages and is family-oriented. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent. While we encourage parents to explore the app's creative tools with their children, we also implement "AI Safety Filters" to maintain a safe and positive environment for every creator in our community.
